At Sprint Electric, we’re committed to delivering quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

 

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Returns will only be accepted if your item is: Defective or faulty. Damaged during shipping. Incorrect or wrong item sent

Note: Freight costs for returns are to be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise approved.If your item falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at:📧orders@sprintelectric.com.au (or your preferred contact email) We will provide: Return shipping instructions. A return shipping label (if applicable)

⚠️ Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and organise a suitable resolution.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please return it (once approved) for a refund, then place a new order for the correct product.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and clear the refund.

 

No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds or returns are not available for: Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse Incorrect ordering. Please double-check specifications and compatibility before purchasing.

 

Restocking Fee for Cancelled Orders

For cancelled orders or approved returns, a restocking fee applies: 2% for Credit Card and PayPal payments5% for Afterpay and ZipPay payments

 

Pre-Orders (Under Cancellation Policy)

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product not yet in stock or soon to be available. We may collect a partial deposit or no payment upfront, and charge the remaining balance once the item is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy. Restocking fees will apply.
