Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following locations:

  • Australia-wide (Domestic Shipping)

  • Selected International Destinations (International Shipping)

If your location is restricted or unavailable through our shipping carriers, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Methods

We offer a range of delivery options based on your order type:

  • Standard Shipping – For parts, accessories, and smaller items within Australia.

  • Home Delivery – For electric dirt bikes and other bulky products delivered directly to your address within Australia.

  • Depot Collection – Available for bikes and large items. Your nearest depot’s address, contact details, and operating hours will be emailed once your order is ready for pickup.

Processing Time
  • All standard orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Special orders may require 3–5 business days depending on stock availability.

  • Pre-orders are processed within 1–2 business days once stock becomes available in our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times
  • Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days

  • Home Delivery: 2–14 business days

  • Depot Collection: 2–14 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–30 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, accidents, or transport delays.
Sprint Electric is not liable for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Delivery method

  • Order size and weight

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your tracking notification.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We may request photos of the damaged goods or packaging to help us investigate and process your claim efficiently.

Signature Requirement

For high-value or large deliveries, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside Australia, local customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order refers to a product not yet in stock but available for advance purchase to secure your unit.
Estimated arrival dates are listed in each product’s description.
Please allow 1–2 months for fulfilment unless otherwise stated.
